6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered on selected items within a limited time after delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with packaging

  • Refunds are not generally provided, except in cases of damaged or unavailable items

  • Sale, discounted, or customized products are not eligible for exchange
