1. Return Policy
At this time, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we do provide exchanges for eligible items.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
Unworn and unused
Unwashed
In original condition with tags and packaging intact
All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only applicable under the following conditions:
Size issues
Incorrect item received
Please note:
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange
Accessories are non-exchangeable
Customers are responsible for all delivery charges related to the exchange process (both return and re-delivery)
3. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:
Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order
Share your order number along with the reason for exchange
Our team will guide you through the process step by step
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear unboxing images or videos must be provided for verification
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement accordingly
5. Important Notes
Exchanges are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
We reserve the right to decline any exchange request if the item does not meet the above conditions
Do not return any product without prior confirmation from our team
