1. Return Policy

At this time, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we do provide exchanges for eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with tags and packaging intact

All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Size issues

  • Incorrect item received

Please note:

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange

  • Accessories are non-exchangeable

  • Customers are responsible for all delivery charges related to the exchange process (both return and re-delivery)

3. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Share your order number along with the reason for exchange

  • Our team will guide you through the process step by step

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear unboxing images or videos must be provided for verification

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement accordingly

5. Important Notes

  • Exchanges are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • We reserve the right to decline any exchange request if the item does not meet the above conditions

  • Do not return any product without prior confirmation from our team
