All orders are processed within 1–3 working days and typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. During peak seasons or sales, delivery times may be slightly extended.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment directly through the courier service.
We currently do not offer refunds. However, we do facilitate exchanges for eligible items in accordance with our policy.
Exchanges are accepted in cases of size issues or if an incorrect item has been delivered. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing images or videos. Our team will review and arrange a replacement where applicable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including returning the item and receiving the replacement.
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are dispatched. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery. However, delivery timelines may vary for remote or less accessible areas.
